随着当前网络的普及和发展,大学生对网络的使用已经达到了很高比率,尤其是手机网络的普遍应用和智能手机、3G网络的普遍应用和开发,给我们的生活带来了巨大便利。但是同时,互联网带有双面性,当它给我们的生活、工作和学习带来极大方便的同时,也会给整个社会以及所有网络使用者带来一系列社会问题和心理问题,其中一个最普遍问题就是网络成瘾问题。积极发挥高校思想政治教育工作作用对于解决这个问题起到了积极作用。

With the development and popularization of the network, the use of the network by college students has taken up a large proportion of their time, especially with the widespread application and develop- ment of mobile phone network, 3G network and smart phones. Each coin has two sides. When the network has brought great convenience to our life, work and study, it has also produced a series of social and psycho- logical problems to the whole society. One of the most common problems is the Internet Addiction. Ideological and political educators must take measures to solve the problem.
