高校酒店管理专业在实践教学中,往往出现教学和酒店对人才需求脱钩的矛盾。为培养酒店所需复合型人才,高校酒店管理专业必须十分注重教学实践活动,要明确实践教学目标、明确实践教学定位,改变教学中出现的重理论、轻实践现象。

There is a common phenomenon that teaching is disconnected with demand for talents in prac- ileal teaching for college hotel management majors. Hotel management majors must lay great emphasis on practical teaching activities in order to nurturing needed talents for the hotels. The thesis thus presents the theory of clear practical teaching objectives and orientation targeted at the problem of ＂more theories, less practice＂.
