关于基层公务员与群众关系的调查研究——基于广东省的调查

Survey on the Relationship between CPC Cadres and Masses

近年来广东省频发恶性大规模群体事件,导致政府形象严重受影响,对社会的和谐稳定非常不利。因此通过本次问卷调研,分析了当前干群关系的现状,得出总体平衡和谐,局部冲突的结论。并深入探究干群关系紧张矛盾的原因,指出干部的责任意识、公正执法意识不足及贪污腐败严重是其中最令群众痛心疾首的。在此基础上,提出促进干群关系和谐的建议,以期加强和改善干群关系,促进社会和谐稳定。

There has frequently occurred large-scale malignant mass incidents in Guangdong province in recent years,which has negative effect on government image and social harmony and stability.Based on questionnaire survey,it analyzed the current situation between cadres and the masses and concluded that there is overall harmony but local conflicts.It also pointed out that the lack of responsibility,insufficient consciousness of fair law enforcement,and corruption are the most serious factors that make people frustrated.Finally,it proposed promoting the harmonious relationship between the masses and cadres so as to promote social harmony and stability.
