摘要
现代企业管理制度的缺失、对人才的不重视加剧了企业核心员工流失现象的发生。基于此,探讨了企业核心员工流失对于企业的弊端,分析企业核心员工流的失原因,提出了相应的对策措施。
Deletion,the modern enterprise management system of personnel do not attach importance to increase the loss of core staff in enterprises.Based on this,discussed the enterprise core staff loss for enterprise’s malpractice,analysis the reasons of loss of enterprise core staff flow,corresponding countermeasures are brought forward.
