摘要
本文对鞍钢8号高炉用氮化硅结合的碳化硅砖衬的蚀损进行了现场取样研究,结果表明,碳化硅砖衬同时发生了碱蚀和龟裂现象,其平均月蚀损速度约为10mm,碱蚀来自于钾,主要发生在距砖衬工作面约20mm深的范围内,碱的侵人深度为30~50mm左右。进一步研究表明,碱蚀和热震破坏相互影响,是引起碳化硅砖蚀损的主要因素。据此,初步探讨了用氮化硅结合的碳化硅砖衬在高炉使用的方向和途径。
Investigation on the erosion of Si_3N_4-bonded SiC brick lining of No.6 BF by taking actual samples at Anshan Iron and Steel Complex(AISC) has been made. The results indicate that average erosion rate of the SiC brick lining caused by simultaneous alkali-erosion and cracks is about 10 mm/mon. And the alkali-erosion by potassium takes place mainly in the region of~20 mm from the working surface of the SiC brick lining. The depth eroded by alkali is about 30-50 mm. Further study shows that the alkali-erosion and thermal shock are the main causes of erosion of the SiC brick lining and affected each other. On the basis above mentioned, the direction and technical measures to improve the use of Si_3N_4-bonded SiC bricks on BF are preliminarily discussed.
