高炉无钟炉顶操作故障的诊断和处理

DIAGNOSIS AND HANDLING OF TROUBLES IN BELL-LESS TOP OPERATION

高炉无钟炉顶是国内正在推广应用并不断取得显著效益的一项技术。在日常操作中,高炉无钟炉顶常发生溜槽不转、放料时间过长或料空信号不出现、导料管或料罐卡料、料过满和重料、溜槽倾角错位、溜槽磨漏、溜槽脱落等故障,本文作者就上述操作故障提出了诊断和处理方法。

Bell-less top is a technology being spread with increasing advantages in China. During its operation, some of the troubles such as chute block-up, too long charging time, absence of empty signal, blockage of throat or hopper, overcharged or duplicate charge, wrong position of chute angle, worn-out of chute may occur. Ways and means for diagnosis and handling of the above mentioned troubles are given in this paper.
