对安康市富硒魔芋产业发展的思考

On the Development of Industry of Moyu Products with Rich Selenium in Ankang Area

安康魔芋既具有魔芋本身的保健功能和高粘度高持水性等加工特性,又富含人体必需的微量元素硒,富硒魔芋产业开发的条件得天独厚。安康魔芋产业在国内虽具有基地、加工、市场和技术优势,但仍存在优良品种缺乏,病害发生严重,加工产品技术含量低,科研投入不足和人才缺乏等问题。为推动安康市富硒魔芋产业持续健康发展,提出了在富硒魔芋种植上选育优良品种,建设种芋基地,研究病害机理,控制病害发生,制定技术标准,探索产业模式;在加工上研究低硫魔芋片生产工艺,研发富硒保健食品、医药保健制品、魔芋副产品综合利用和提高魔芋产品硒含量技术等发展对策。

The plant Moyu has the features of high viscosity and high water-holding, and is rich in trace element--Selenium. So, it has the function of health-caring. To develop the industry of Moyu-product is unique in Ankang Area, but there existed the disadvantages of in-quality varieties and serious disease occurred often. The industry is facing the problems of insugicient-techniques, few investment and shortage of engineers. In order to promote the situations sustainably, we carry out the program of breeding, to set up plantations and labs for controlling the diseases. To make full use of the plant, we also set up the technical standards and the industrial patterns so as to pro- duce foods with Selenium, health-caring products, etc.
