枸地氯雷他定片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹效果观察

Observation of curative effect of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule on chronic urticaria

目的观察枸地氯雷他定片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法回顾性分析广州市中医医院门诊2012年11月至2013年4月治疗的100例慢性荨麻疹患者的临床资料，将所有患者分成观察组和对照组，每组50例。观察组口服枸地氯雷他定片联合口服润燥止痒胶囊，对照组单纯口服枸地氯雷他定片。观察2组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96％（48／50），对照组总有效率为78％（39／50），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论枸地氯雷他定片联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗慢性荨麻疹能够减少复发次数，取得较好的疗效，且临床无明显不良反应。

Objective To observe the curative effect of desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule on chronic urticaria. Methods Clinical date of 100 patients with chronic urticaria in Guangzhou hospital of TCM from November 2012 to April 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into observation group and control group; each group had 50 cases. Observation group was given desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule, control group was given desloratadine citrate disodium tablets. The curative effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results The curative ratio in the observation group was 96% （48/50） , and 78% （39/50） in the control group. The comparative difference between the two groups was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no adverse reaction in two groups. Conclusions Desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with moistening dryness and relieving itching capsule have a good effect in treatment of chronic urticaria, which can safely reduce the recurrence rate.
