口服中成药用药情况调查与分析

Clinical survey and analysis of oral traditional Chinese medicines

目的：调查分析临床口服中成药的使用情况.方法：收集解放军总医院第一附属医院2012年第三季度口服中成药处方,统计并分析各科室口服中成药用药情况、用药频次以及不同年龄段人群口服中成药的使用情况.结果：共收集口服中成药电子处方82475份.门诊骨科、简易门诊口服中成药的开药量最大,占各科室的前两位,分别为7 493份（9.06%）和7 479份（9.00%）,其次是急诊科（6 741份,8.12%）、门诊皮肤光疗中心（6 151份,7.41%）、门诊中医（6 050份,7.28%）;各类口服中成药,出现频次较高的是感冒清热颗粒（3 546次,3.78%）、柴银口服液（2 756次,2.94%）,其次为牛黄蛇胆川贝液和金水宝胶囊,而银杏叶提取物片和复方阿胶浆等也较受临床青睐;使用人群主要集中在51～80岁年龄段之间.结论：骨科使用中成药辅助治疗是特色.中成药在呼吸系统疾病中的使用率最高.西医医生开具中成药药方已是普遍现象,应警惕口服中成药的重复使用和配药禁忌.

Objective： To investigate utilization of oral traditional Chinese medicine in clinic. Methods.. The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine from July to September 2012 in the First Hospital Affiliated to the Chinese PLA General Hosptial were collected. The utilization, frequency of oral traditional Chinese medicine in different departments, and the age of patients receiving the treatment of oral traditional Chinese medicine were ana- lyzed. Results：Of total of 82 457 oral traditional Chinese medicine by computer prescriptions, 7 493 prescriptions （9.06~./oo） were for outpatients of orthopedic department, 7 479 （9.00%） were from outpatient clinic, and they were the top and next to top department of using the drugs , followed by emergency department, the center of phototherapy of dermatology department, and the department of traditional Chinese medicine. The most commonly used oral traditional Chinese medicines were Ganmao Qingre granules （感冒清热颗粒） and Chaiyin oral liquid（柴银口服液）, followed by Nuihuang Shedan Chuanbei concoction （牛黄蛇胆川贝液）, Jinshuibao capsules （金水宝胶囊）, Ginkgo biloba extract tablets, and Ejiao complex syrup （复方阿胶浆） . The age of the patients who received the treatment of oral traditional Chinese medicine was mainly at the age of 51 to 80. Conclusions：The use of oral traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital is quite common, but it should be pay attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions after the use of oral Traditional Chinese medicines with incompatibility.
