摘要 针对现有微机"五防"装置由于不能识别输电线对端接地开关状态而可能导致带接地开关合闸误操作的问题,提出建立一种反映接地开关状态的远程微机"五防"闭锁系统。该系统通过采集对端接地开关状态信息,发出闭锁或解锁命令给本侧断路器合闸控制回路,实现断路器的接地开关未拉开闭锁,防止带接地开关合闸事故的发生,提高电力系统的运行安全性。 Aiming at the problem that present computerized five-prevention devices is unable to recognize the state of grounding switch at the remote end of transmission line as to result in grounding switch closure misoperation, a remote microcomputer five-pre-vention blocking system, which can reflect the state of grounding switch at the remote end, is proposed in this paper. Through collec-ting the state information of grounding isolator at the remote end, and sending locking or unlocking commands to breaker close-switc-hing control circuit, the system makes locking of the breaker grounding isolator when it isn' t disconnected so to prevent the occur-rence of misoperation fault and improve the operation reliability of power system.
