基于遗传算法的架空导线节径比优化

摘要 导线节径比是影响导线接触应力的重要因素。通过分析架空导线各层的应力分布,建立了导线节径比与应力关系数学模型,应用遗传算法实现了导线节径比的优化。结果表明:节径比取上限时,各层间的接触应力达到最小值。这一结论可以为导线的优化设计、减磨、降低线损及延长导线寿命提供一定的理论基础。 The pitch diameter ratio of transmission line is an important factor to its contact stress. Analyzing stress distribution among layers of transmission line, this paper builds up a mathematical model of the relationship between pitch diameter and stress of the wire, and optimizes the wire pitch diameter ratio with genetic algorithm. The results show that when the pitch diameter of the wire is equal to the upper limit value, the contact stress between the layers reaches a minimum. The conclusion provides a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of wire design, antifriction, reducing line losses and extension of wire lifetime.
