摘要
采用传统粉末冶金法和正向热挤压方法制备了AgSnO2复合材料。对挤压出的AgSnO2带材的前、中、后等不同位置的金相组织结构分布情况进行了对比,分析了挤压变形过程各阶段Ag与SnO2两相颗粒的流动机理。
AgSnO2 composites were fabricated by powder metallurgy and forward hot extrusion pro- cessing. The distribution of microstructure in different position of AgSnO2 strips was studied after forward hot extrusion. The flow mechanism of Ag and SnO2 particles at different stages during the extrusion was analyzed.
