基于Modbus协议的嵌入式激光电源控制系统的设计

摘要 目的:设计输出电流稳定、照射时间准确的激光电源控制系统,以避免激光照射剂量的波动,提高疗效。方法:采用HSPY-600-01电源作为激光模块的供电电源,基于WinCE 6.0系统,利用Modbus通信协议与可编程激光电源进行通信,控制激光电源的开断、功率、照射时间。结果:完成了基于嵌入式ARM的激光电源控制软件,能够有效地控制由于激光电源造成的激光剂量的波动。结论:该电源控制系统能够对激光电源的输出进行精确的监测和控制,基本可以满足小型激光医疗设备的光源控制需求。 Objective To design a laser power control system with stable output current and accurate laser radiation time to avoid the fluctuation of laser radiation dose. Methods HSPY-600-01 programmable power was selected as the power supply of laser module, and Modbus was the optimal choice of communication protocol. Based on WinCE 6.0 operating system, this system was able to control accurately the power, operating time, and the turn-on as well as shutoff of the laser module. Meanwhile, the monitoring function was implemented independently, Results This advanced laser power system based on embedded ARM system could minimize effectively the fluctuation of laser dosage by laser source. C.,oneluaion Laser source in medicine must be able to output a stable and accurate laser dosage, and the control system provides steady control and precise monitoring of laser source.
