摘要
目的:尝试使用CAN总线替代目前X线遥控透视诊断机上使用的RS232通信。方法:上位机和下位机使用AVR单片机ATMega64进行控制,CAN总线协议控制芯片使用飞利浦SJA1000芯片,CAN总线收发器使用TJA1050芯片。结果:在X线遥控透视诊断机中,控制台到CPU板之间使用长度为15 m的综合电缆,通信速度设定为800 Kbit/s,系统运行稳定。结论:CAN总线是一种非常流行的现场总线,通信速度高、距离长、可靠性高、布线简单,可提高设备的性能,降低设备的复杂度,非常适合在X线诊断设备中应用。
Objective To replace the existing RS232 communication of X-ray remote fliioroscopy machine with CAN bus. Methods The upper machine and lower machine used AVR singleehip ATMega64 for controlling, Philips SJA1000 chip was selected as the CAN bus protocol control chip, and CAN bus transceiver adopted TJA1050 chip. Results A piece of composite cable with a length of 15 m was used between the console and CUP board, and the communication speed was set as 800 Kbit/s. Conclusion CAN bus is fit for X-ray diagnostic machine for its high communication speed, long communication distance, high reliability and simple wiring.
