摘要
目的:基于物联网技术,研制一种可满足野外应急救援活动需要的伤员中央监护定位系统。方法:将血氧、血压、心率检测模块与无线传输网络以及相应的定位算法相结合,以实现伤员的生命体征监测与定位管理功能。结果:体征参数传感器与定位系统将相关数据传输至伤员移动信息终端;终端将数据处理、封装后通过无线网络发送至中央监控平台服务器;最后服务器对所获得的数据进行监控。结论:中央监控平台可以实时显示每一名伤员的生命体征信息以及所处位置,实时了解每一支救援队伍的位置信息,为野外应急救援提供重要保障。
Objective To develop a central monitoring and localization system based on Internet of Things for field emergency rescue. Methods The detection modules for SpO2, blood pressure and heart rate were combined with the wireless network and localization algorithm to realize vital signs monitoring and localization. Results The data were transmitted to the mobile information terminal by the sensors and localization system, and then were processed, encapsulated and sent to the server of the central monitoring platform, and the server monitored the acquired data. Conclusion The central monitoring platform can monitor the vital signs and location of each casualty at real time.
