目的:根据用户需求,实现护理电子文书程序的文本编辑与格式化打印功能。方法:在用户编辑时,通过格式化程序实现对编辑字段用户录入的内容格式化处理并存入数据库,打印时,通过对数据库保存的数据进行提取并调用格式化代码将数据填充至目标表格指定区域实现输出格式化。结果:该数据格式化技术使护理电子文书程序具有高效的编辑与智能排版输出的功能。结论:数据格式化技术的应用不依赖第三方软件的控件,具有用户易操作、程序集成度高、执行速度快、消耗系统资源少、代码可复用等优点,值得推广应用。

Objective To realize text editing and formatted printing of the nursing electronic files program. Methods The formatter was used to format the text and write it into the database, the data stored in the database could be extracted and processed by the formatting code, then the assign area of the target table was filled with the processed data to realize the formatted output. Results The technique made the nursing electronic files program with the functions of text editing as well as intelligent makeup and output. Conclusion Data formatting technique has the advantages of independence from the third-party software, easy operation, being high integrated, rapid operation speed, few resource occupied, reusable code and etc, and thus is worth popularizing.
