摘要
目的:实现护理培训考核计算机管理,解决以往人员培训手工登记、考核手工记录以及培训与考核脱钩的问题。方法:通过对培训考核管理需求的分析,结合医院护理管理改革的定位以及三甲医院护理工作的要求,使用PowerBuilder 11设计临床护理培训考核管理系统。结果:实现了护理队伍分层级管理、培训按时长记学分管理、自动抽考管理及年度星级评比的功能。结论:该系统应用效果显著,使培训考核更加公平、公正,结果与奖惩挂钩,增强了护理人员工作的积极性。
Objective To realize computer management for nursing training and examination and to eliminate manual operation of registration and recording as well as separated training and examination. Methods PowerBuilder 11 was used to develop the system based on the analyses on nursing training and examination requirements, orientation of hospital nursing management reform and nursing demands in the third level and first class hospital. Resulta Hierarchical management of nursing staffs, duration-based training credit management, automatic sampling management and annual evaluation were realized. Conclusion The system makes the nursing training and examination reliable and the activeness of the nurse enhanced.
