高校知识产权应用型人才培养路径探究

Research on Cultivate Path for the Application oriented Intellectual Property Talents

我国相关高校尚未形成知识产权人才特别是应用型知识产权人才的科学培养路径,是应用型知识产权人才数量和质量难以满足社会尤其是企业需要的主要因素。对于知识产权人才的培养,理工类高校与综合类高校、政法类高校应当错位发展,理工类高校要立足自身在企业所需应用型知识产权人才培养方面的优势,借鉴发达国家培养知识产权应用复合型人才的经验,从市场需要出发,明确知识产权应用型人才培养层次化与多学科交叉渗透的培养模式,并构建多元化的实践教学体系。

There is no stable and scientific cultivate path for the IP talents, especially the application-oriented ones, in related universities. Technology universities should seek for a dislocated unique development path compared with the comprehensive universities and political science and law oriented universities. Referring to the cultivating experience of integrative application-oriented IP talents in developed countries, Our technology universities should take their most advantages on cultivating application-oriented IP talents that enterprises need, forms a hierarchical and integrative cultivating framework and builds a diversified practical educational system based on the market needs.
