摘要
土库曼斯坦阿姆河右岸项目是中石油在海外最大的天然气合作项目。该区块地质条件复杂,压力异常,含有高压巨厚盐膏层,钻井事故频发,钻井周期长,钻井成功率77%。文章针对阿姆河右岸主力开发区A区存在的钻井难点问题,通过分析地层特点和地层压力分布规律,结合前期钻井工程实践,综合考虑各种因素,对该地区的井身结构进行了研究,本着复杂盐膏层专封,储层专打的设计理念,提出了井身结构优化设计方案。优化后的井身结构系列在该地区进行了推广应用,钻井成功率100%,大幅提高了钻井速度,缩短了钻井周期,取得了良好的应用效果。
Due to complicated geological conditions with thick salt gypsum bed and high pressure in Amu Darya Right Bank Block A,drilling accidents often occurred and the drilling success rate was only 77%.In order to solve the existing drilling problems,the complicated geological environment and drilling difficulty were analyzed,and combined with the previous drilling experiences,the casing program was investigated and optimization project of the casing program was put forward.The optimized casing program has been successfully applied in this block,and the drilling success rate was 100%,which improved the drilling speed and shortened the drilling period effectively.
