摘要 水平井泄油面积大,是提高稠油油藏单井产量的有效技术。但由于注汽参数及储层非均质性的影响,常规注汽管柱注汽时水平井的吸汽井段长度只有50~70 m,而目前热采水平井的完井长度一般为200 m左右,因此常规的注汽工艺使130~150 m水平井段控制的储量不能有效动用。为了提高热采水平井的开采效果,胜利油田研究了水平井自动均匀注汽工艺,该工艺在研究设计自动均匀配汽器的基础上,根据注汽设备的能力和油藏物性优化设计注汽参数及自动均匀配汽器的位置和个数,实现长水平井段的均匀吸汽,保证了热采水平井全井段的有效动用,提高了水平井控制储量的动用程度,不但提高了热采水平井的采油速度,也提高了采收率。 Horizontal well technology is very effective to enhance oil production rate of single well in heavy oil reservoirs because of its large drainable area compared with vertical wells.However,since the influence of steam injection parameters and reservoir heterogeneity,the length of steam absorption section in thermal horizontal wells is only 50 ~ 70m by using conventional steam injection pipe string.Nowadays,length of completion section in thermal horizontal wells is about 200m,therefore controlled reserves in 130m ~ 150m horizontal section can't be effectively produced by using conventional steam injection technology.In order to improve recovery effect of thermal horizontal wells,adaptive uniform steam injection technology was developed in Shengli oilfield.Based on studying and designing adaptive uniform flow regulator,steam injection parameters,number and arrangement of adaptive uniform flow regulators were optimized according to steam equipment capacity and reservoir properties,thus realizing uniform steam absorption in long horizontal sections.Reserves of whole horizontal section in thermal horizontal wells could be effectively produced.Not only oil recovery rate of thermal horizontal wells was enhanced,but also recovery ratio was improved.
