摘要
试验对8-羟基奎啉(8-HQ)、柠檬酸(CIT)、水杨酸(SA)、8-羟基奎啉柠檬酸(8-HQC)、苯甲酸钠(SB)及赤霉素(GA3)几种试剂进行配比,筛选百合鲜切花采收后保鲜预处理配方。结果表明,SUC30 g/L+CIT400mg/L+SB500 mg/L+GA3200 mg/L对百合切花具有良好的贮藏保鲜效果,在冷藏28 d后最高瓶插期可达13d。
8-HQ,CIT,SA,8-HQC,SB and GA 3 were screened to explore the optimum proportion for the keeping-fresh pretreatment agent for postharvest cut flowers of Oriental Lily. SUC 30 gL + CIT 400 mgL + SB 500 mgL + GA 3 200 mgL was the best formulation. The cut flowers could be kept in cold storage for twenty-eight days,and the vase phase was about thirteen.
