摘要
征地制度是土地管理的重要制度之一,但是目前我国农村现行征地制度的缺陷日益显现。结合实际,分别从征地范围、征地补偿、土地收益三个角度分别揭示出土地征收制度存在的问题,进一步分析其成因,并提出了相应的改进措施,试图找到农村征地制度改革的方向。
Land expropriation system is an important system of land management,however the defects of system appear ceaselessly. Combined with practical,we reveals the problems from the range of land expropriation, land income and land expropriation compensation. Then on the basis of analysis of reasons,we put forward some effective measures and try to find the direction of the reforms.
