中药复方外用于大鼠急性痛风性关节炎模型疗效及不同关节肿胀度测量方法效果的比较 被引量:2

External Application of Chinese Medicine for Acute Gouty Arthritis of Rats Model and the Comparison of Joint Swelling Degrees of Different Measuring Methods

摘要 目的观察中药外用于大鼠痛风性关节炎动物模型疗效并比较3种肿胀度测量方法的效果。方法将尿酸钠注射入大鼠右后足踝胫跗关节腔内制备痛风性关节炎模型,应用青风藤方药、雷公藤方药、扶他林干预并用足趾容积、周长、直径3种检测方法测量肿胀度。对3种检测法的优缺点进行比较,确定最优检测方法。结果在中药外用评价痛风性关节炎大鼠肿胀度过程中,容积法能很好测量整个关节肿胀度,而周长和直径法能很好评价局部肿胀。结论关节肿胀度测量方法多样,从实验数据准确性、方便性、时效性来考虑,足趾容积测量法和周长测量法是最优联用组合。 Objective: To establish the gouty arthritis of rats model in comparison 3 methods of measuring swelling degree. Methods: The uric acid sodium was injected into rats posterior ankle shank hocks cavity. These indicators were measured including the swelling degree with the digit volume, the perimeter and the diameter after these models were used respectively QingTeengteng Decoction,Leigongteng Decoction,and votalin ointment. Final- ly, these kinds of test were compared the advantages and disadvantages to choose the optimal detection method. Results: In the process of external use evaluation of TCM for gouty arthritis rats swelling degree. It is better of the volume meter in the joint swelling measurement and it is more suitable of the pupil diameter method in the local swelling evaluation. Conclusion: There are many methods to measure the joint swelling,from accuracy,conve- nienceand timely to appraiseexperimental data,combined the two methods of digit volume measurement and the circumferenceis the optimal combination.
