摘要
目的观察β-榄香烯对神经病理性疼痛模型大鼠神经功能保护及对模型大鼠脊髓背根神经节ERK mRNA、CREB mRNA、BDNF mRNA表达的的影响。方法建立神经病理性疼痛大鼠模型,对各组大鼠进行热痛觉过敏行为测试;Realtime PCR检测模型大鼠脊髓背根神经节ERK mRNA、CREB mRNA,以及BDNF mRNA表达。结果假手术组无明显神经功能障碍;与模型组比较,中药组(β-榄香烯)能明显上调模型大鼠热板及机械刺激后的痛阈(P<0.05或0.01),且ERK mRNA、CREB mRNA以及BDNF mRNA的表达较模型组明显上调(P<0.05或0.01)。结论β-榄香烯可改善模型大鼠热痛觉,上调神经病理性疼痛模型大鼠脊髓背根神经节ERK mRNA、CREB mRNA、BDNF mRNA表达从而促进神经元修复。
Objective: To observe the protection of β-elemene on nerve function of pain model protection and the influence of ERK mRNA, CREB mRNA and BDNF mRNA expressions in the rats spinal dorsal root ganglion. Methods: After establishment of rat models of neuropathic pain,the thermal hyperalgesia behavioral tests were from behavioral observation in these rats in each group. Expressions including ERK mRNA,CREB mRNA,and BDNF mRNA were researched by the realtime PCR detection. Results: There was no obvious neurological dys- function in the sham operation group. Compared with model group, [5-elemene group can significantly improve the rat hotplate and mechanical pain threshold after stimulation (P〈 0.05 or 0.01). ^-elemene group ERK mRNA, CREB mRNA,as well as the expression of BDNF mRNA compared the model group was significantly increased(P 〈 0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: β-elemene can improve thermal hyperalgesia rats;β--elemene can upregulate rat model of neuropathic pain in spinal dorsal root ganglia ERK mRNA, CREB mRNA, BDNF mRNA expression and thus promote neuronal repair.
