胸腰椎压缩骨折复位枕弧面放射学参数研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过测量健康成年人脊柱胸腰段过伸位弧度的相关放射学指标数值,为胸腰椎骨折复位枕弧面的设计提供符合复位需要的参考数据。方法筛选健康志愿者70例,其中女性37例,男性33例,腰段脊柱侧位X线摄片,摄片时仰卧位,腰下垫充气枕,气枕增高至仅为T8及S4棘突同时接触床面。划线测量T10~L5各个椎体棘突末端离床面垂直高度、T10~L5棘突间水平距离。结果所测结果均接近正态分布,最高值在L4,为(68.46±7.94)mm,经统计学分析证实,各椎体离床面垂直距离测得的数据在性别之间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),在青年组与中老年组相比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),T10~L5水平总长度在性别之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经放射学测量,胸腰椎过伸位弧度是从T8~S4的、以L4棘突为顶点(高度约7 cm)的非对称弧形,可作为胸腰椎压缩性骨折的复位枕面的弧度参数。 Objective: To offer the theoretical basis for the study of waist cushion pillow and the reference for the therapeutic method of thoracolumbar compression fracture from. Methods: 70 heathy adults were taken the X-ray examination on the horizontal and flexion-extension position with a waist cushion pillow for a lateral film. And the final height standard was the eighth thoracic and the forth sacrum both contact the bed.And we measured the verticaiheightfor each spinous process to the bed. All the data were tested with normal distribution,also the homogeneity of varianee test. Results: All the data conformed to the normal distribution. The maximumvertical- height was in the L4 with(68.46+7.94) mm. There were not statistical' significances between the male and female, neither the different age range. But there was a statistical significance between the.male and the female in the to- tal length from T^0 to Ls. Conclusion: The radian of the thoracolumbar modality is asymmetrical and the vertex is the fourth lumbarvertebra.The height of waist cushion pillow is not a statistical significant between the male and female,neither the different age range. However,the length from T^0 to L5 has a statistical significant between the male and female. And the height should be set by different centrum. We should select a appropriate waist cushion pillow for each patient.
