摘要
采用有限元法计算了聚晶金刚石复合片内宏观残余应力的分布。结果表明,在复合片圆柱边沿的聚晶金刚石层内,径向、轴向残余应力均表现为张应力,是导致复合片作业时易从边沿大块破碎、脱落的主要原因;减少聚晶金刚石层厚度可有效降低其边沿处的张应力。
Macroscopic residual stress distribution in polycrystalline diamond compacts was calculated with finite element method. The results show that both radial residual stress and axial residual stress are tensile stress in the polycrystalline diamond layer along cylindrical edge of the compact,and therefore the edge of the compact is easily broken off in the form of large pieces during operation. Decreasing the thickness of polyerystalline diamond layer can effectively reduce its tensile stress at the edge.
