摘要 为探讨飞灰基地聚合物固化体的耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能,以质量、抗压强度和重金属浸出质量浓度的变化为依据,分析了硫酸盐溶液对飞灰基地聚合物固化体的侵蚀影响.结果表明:飞灰基地聚合物固化体具有良好的耐硫酸盐侵蚀性能:质量损失率在0.61%^-1.87%;浸泡28d后,抗压强度为41.17MPa,抗蚀系数均大于0.95,7d后均大于1;重金属Cr,Cu,Zn,Cd,Hg,Pb的浸出质量浓度仅为122.00,15.16,13.28,0.04,0.32,4.51μg/L,下降率分别达到了65.49%,66.70%,48.15%,77.78%,65.59%,53.51%.通过电镜扫描(SEM)观察飞灰基地聚合物固化体的微观结构,解释了其具有良好力学性能和能有效固化重金属的原因. In order to explore the resistance to sulfate attack with geopolymer solidification MSWI fly ash, the research analyzed the influence of geopolymer erosion in sulfate solution by studying the change of mass, compressive strength and leaching concentration. The results showed that geopolymer had a high resistance to sulfate attack: weight loss was between 0. 61% and --1.87%; after 28 days, the compressive strength reached 41. 17 MPa, corrosion resistance coefficient was greater than 0.95, and after 7 days, corrosion resistance coefficient was greater than 1; The leaching concentration of Cr, Cu, Zn, Cd, Hg, Pb were 122.00, 15. 16, 13.28, 0.04, 0.32, 4.51μg/L, respectively. The scales of decrease were 65.49%, 66.70%, 48.15%, 77.78%, 65.59%, 53.51%, respectively. SEM(scanning electron microscope) study was carried out to identify microstructure of the geopolymer, explaining the reason why geopolymer had the perfect mechanical property and the ability of solidify heavy metals.
