竹叶纤维吸附法制备茶多酚的研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究了利用竹叶纤维吸附绿茶提取液制备低咖啡碱(CAF)含量的茶多酚(TP)工艺.首次报道应用逆流提取技术和竹叶纤维吸附法对茶多酚进行提取、吸附分离.吸附柱经水洗除杂质,40%乙醇洗脱获产品,并运用高效液相色谱筛选工艺参数,最后经冷冻干燥制得茶多酚产品.实验结果表明:竹叶纤维对茶多酚及表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)具有很强的吸附力而对咖啡碱吸附能力差,优化后的工艺参数:室温,TP,EGCG和CAF静态吸附量分别为117.81,53.10,9.00mg/g;洗脱条件为水2BV,40%醇2BV.茶多酚产品TP,EGCG,CAF质量分数分别达到98%,48%,0.5%,得率10.18%.工艺纯绿色,低成本,高得率,适合茶多酚的工业化生产. To study the adsorption and preparation of low-caffeine (CAF) tea polyphenols (TP) with bamboo leaf fiber (BLF). Extraction and separation of TP by countercurrent extraction technology and BLF were reported firstly. After adsorbing tea extracts, the resin column was eluted by water and 40% ethanol respectively. We then use high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to filter optimal parameters and get final products using spray drying method. The results show that BFLR has a strong adsorption ability to TP and [(-)- Epigallocatechingallate] (EGCG) but weak to CAF. The optimal conditions are as follows: room temperature; static adsorption amount of TP, EGCG, and CAF of 117.81, 53.1, and 9 rag/g, respectively; 2 BV water and 2 BV 40% ethanol as eluting solvent. Contents of TP, EGCG, CAF in product reached 98%, 48%, 0. 31% . The process is green and economic, with high yield, and might be benefit for industry.
