摘要 为研究圆形钢管受到内爆炸冲击作用下的结构响应,采用外表面带凹槽的自制圆管(φ37 mm×3.8mm,L=20 ~30 cm,45#钢)作为内爆弹,内装乳化炸药,放置在充水或空气的圆形试验钢管(φ180 mm×9.6mm,L=1 m,45#钢)内部,通过导爆管雷管激发,产生飞片及冲击波作用于试验钢管,以圆形试验钢管裂而不断为目标.对比不同炸药用量、传压介质、内爆弹外表面凹槽数目、长度等因素对试验结果的影响.发现撕裂钢管的主要力量是爆炸冲击波而非内爆弹壳体飞片;以水为传压介质的爆破效果明显优于空气介质;内爆弹壳体上预刻凹槽作为约束薄弱区可定向撕裂钢管.为有关圆形钢管爆破拆除理论研究和实践提供参考. To research the structural response of circular steel tube under internal explosion load.Using a selfmade steel tube (φ37 mm× 3.8 mm,L =20 ~ 30 cm,45#)with grooves on surface along its axial direction and emulsion explosive inside as the cartridge.It's put into the circular steel tube(φ180 mm ×9.6 mm,L =1 m,45#)which is filled with water or air.The cartridge fired by the detonating cord detonator creates flyers and shock wave to tear the tube.The circular tube should be teared but not destroyed.After a series of experiments with different pressure medium and cartridge preferences,we find the main power to tear tube is shock wave coming from the explosion rather than the flyers;the result with water as the pressure medium is obviously better than the one with air;grooves on the shell of cartridge is the weakest links which could direct the shock wave tearing tube.These conclusions are valuable for circular steel tube' s theoretical research and relevant practice on blasting engineering.
