摘要
许多城市高架桥因满足不了城市发展的要求而需要拆除,同时,高架桥爆破拆除工程中对地铁隧道、地下管线保护是重要的防护内容之一。南京市汉中门高架桥爆破的工程实例中,考虑到对14#墩柱下方地铁隧道的保护,采取微差爆破,由14#墩柱向两侧的墩柱依次爆破使桥体顺序塌落;进而利用ANSYS/LSDYNA软件对采用顺序爆破的高架桥塌落过程进行了数值模拟,桥体实现了顺序塌落,桥体触地后发生局部破碎,与实际爆破效果相符。有限元法软件能够很好的模拟高架桥爆破拆除的塌落过程,为高架桥等建筑物的爆破拆除工程提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Many urban viaducts were to be demolished with the city development.In the project of viaduct explosive demolition,the underground pipe and tunnel were important protection objects.In the case of Nanjing Hanzhongmen viaduct explosive demolition,considering the protection of the tunnel under the pier 14#,the millisecond blasting was adopted to make the bridge collapse from the pier 14# to both sides in sequence.Then the viaduct collapse process with sequence blasting was simulated by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The bridge collapse in sequence and break in local area agreed with the actual blasting effetely well.The finite element method software can be used to simulate the collapse process of viaduct explosive demolition well.
