摘要
本文基于大型有限元软件ANSYS,对隔膜泵曲轴进行三维有限元分析,确定裂纹产生的工位;运用ANSYS软件的子模型法得到了含裂纹曲轴的应力强度因子值。为预测含裂纹曲轴的承载能力、制定判废标准等提供相关的疲劳断裂参数和技术支持。
Based on the large finite element software ANSYS, the paper takes 3-dimensions finite element analysis on diaphragm pump crankshaft, determines location of the crack, gets the value of stress intensi- ty factor of crack in the crankshaft by use of ANSYS software of sub model method. This could be provide relevant fatigue fracture parameters and technical support for predicting bearing capacity of the crack in the crankshaft, establishing the standard for waste.
