为保证多元化电力市场用电增值服务系统规范开发,开展多元化电力市场用电增值服务平台需求分析工作,提出7大功能域,进一步介绍11个功能模块、业务流程及接口说明。规范化的设计使系统能很好地适应电力营销业务需求,并具有较好的扩展性。
To standardize the development of value-added service system in diversified electric power market, the requirement of value-added service platform in power market is analyzed, and 7 function subsystem is proposed. 11 function modules, work flow and interfaces specification are further introduced . Due to standardizing design, the system adapts well to the requirement of power market and possesses good extensibility.
