接近开关在固冲发动机转级试验中的应用

Application of Proximity Switch in Transition Test of Solid Rocket Ramjet Motor

为判断固冲发动机楔板式入口堵盖打开的可靠性,并确定准确的转级时序,需要开展进气道入口堵盖的打开试验。本文介绍了一种涡流式接近开关,并利用其测试入口堵盖的打开时间和同步性,考核进气道入口堵盖打开的可靠性。结果表明,楔板式入口堵盖打开正常,打开时间约10ms,两侧同步性较好。通过试验,证明涡流式接近开关在复杂环境中工作可靠,可以完成以上各项测试功能。

In order to judge the wedge plate intake cover opening reliability of solid rocket ramjet motor, and to determine the accurate transition sequence, opening test of inlet intake cover is necessary. A kind of eddy current proximity switch is introduced, and it is used to assess opening reliability of inlet intake cover through testing opening time and synchronization of intake cover. The results show that the wedge plate intake cover is opened normally, the opening time is 10 ms, and synchronization between two sides is well. The tests demonstrate that eddy current proximity switch works reliable in complex environ- ment, can complete all above tasks.
