摘要
目的建立大丁草脂肪油成分的GC-MS分析方法,并对其根与叶中的脂肪油成分进行对比研究。方法采用石油醚索氏提取根与叶中脂肪油成分,经KOH-CH3OH甲酯化处理,利用GCMS技术,对提取的成分进行分析和鉴定。结果大丁草根中脂肪油的含量质量分数为7.13%,得到16个色谱峰,鉴定了16种成分;叶中脂肪油的含量质量分数为10.02%,得到15个色谱峰,鉴定了15种成分。结论建立的大丁草中脂肪油成分的提取和分析方法简便易行,适用于大丁草中脂肪油成分的研究。通过对比分析,发现根与叶中在脂肪油的含量、组成和相对含量上都有较大差异,为大丁草分部位入药提供了依据。同时证明大丁草有进一步开发利用的价值。
Objective To establish a method for the fatty oil extracted from Leibnitzia anadria and compara- tive analyze the components from roots and leaves by GC-MS. Methods The contents and chemical composi- tions of the fatty oil in roots and leaves of Leibnitzia anadria had been investigated and determined in this paper. Fatty oil was extracted with petroleum ether. The oil constituents were determined by GC-MS after the preparation of the methyl esters with KOH-CH3OH. Results The content of fatty oil in roots was 7.13% and in leaves was 10. 02%. Sixteen constituents were separated and identified from the roots. Fifteen constituents were separated and identified from the leaves. Conclusions The method is simple and rapid to extract and an- alyze the fatty oil in Leibnitzia anadria. The experiment reveals that there were some important fatty oil in Leibnitzia anadria, and the contents and compositions of fatty oil are different in roots and leaves. These re- sults provide theoretical basis for different parts of Leibnitzia anadria used as medicine and prove that it has a further development and utilization value.
