摘要
兴山葛洲坝水泥有限公司2500t/d水泥生产线堆放有大量的磷渣,针对磷渣的资源化利用,该文分别研究了磷渣作为生料组成改善熟料矿物结构,单独粉磨磷渣对磷渣水泥物性影响及利用高温废气促进磷渣中磷和氟挥发等应用途径。这些应用技术取得了良好的技术经济效果。
Plenty of phosphorous slag are stacked in 2 500 t/d cement production line of Xingshan Gezhouba Cement Co. ,Ltd. For utilization of phosphorus slag,this paper studied phosphorous slag as a raw material composition to im- prove clinker mineral structure, the properties of phosphorus slag cement by grinding phosphorous slag alone, and to promote phosphorus and fluorine volatilization of phosphorous slag by high temperature exhaust gas and so on. These application technologies have obtained favorable technical and economic results.
