摘要
本文研究了电渣重熔工艺和加入稀土元素与合金中非金属夹杂物的行为及去除的关系,讨论了合金中稀土含量及非金属夹杂物和其他有关因素对电热合金寿命的影响。提出了在电渣炉上应用稀土氧化物渣系控制稀土元素的氧化与还原,施行Fe-Cr-Al电热合金稀土合金化的新方法和降低合金中非金属夹杂物的新工艺。
The behaviours of nonmetallic inclusions contained in electrothermol alloy and their removal by introducing rare-earth elements in electro-slag smelting process have been studied. The influences of rare earth elements content, the inclusions and other factors on service life of the electrothermal alloy are discussed. The authors present a new way for practising the rare earths alloying of Fe-Cr-Al electrothermal alloy and a new technique for decreasing the non-metallic inclusions in the alloy by applying rare earth oxides slag system for controlling oxidation and reduction of rare earth elements in the eletro-slag remelting furnace.
