一种带有隔离技术的高频压控振荡器

摘要 提出一种带有谐振电路隔离技术的电感电容压控振荡器。该技术通过两个三极管将谐振电路和其它电路隔离,减少了谐振电路中等效电容的大小,进而增加了电感电容压控振荡器的振荡频率。提出的电感电容压控振荡器采用华虹NEC的0.18μm SiGe BiCMOS工艺,振荡频率达到12.35GHz。在其它性能相同的情况下,提出的电感电容压控振荡器的振荡频率比典型的电感电容压控振荡器的振荡频率高出20%以上。 A LC VCO with the isolation technique for the resonant circuit is proposed. By two bipolar junction transistors (BJT) isolating the resonant circuit from the other circuits, the equivalent capaeitance of the resonant circuit is decreased, and then the frequency of LC VCO is inereased. The proposed LC VCO is implemented in process of SiGe 0.18μm BiCMOS, Huahong NEC, and its oscillation frequency is 12.35GHz. The test results show that the oscillation frequency of proposed LC VCO is 20% better than that of the typical LC VCO under the same performance and condition.
