摘要 设计了一种900MHz的低噪声放大器,采用新的优化方法,同时获得了功率匹配和噪声匹配,在工作电流3.4mA时,得到了0.2dB的噪声系数,20dB的增益以及良好的隔离度和线性度。 A 900MHz Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) is present in this paper. Using new method of optimization,it can achieve very low noise with power matched. The low noise amplifier can achieve 0.2dB noise factor and 20dB power gain with only 3.4mA current consumption, and the isolation and linearity are also very well.
