摘要
SD卡以其高度集成、数据存储能力和小巧灵活性逐渐被广泛使用。集成电路设计和工艺的发展使各种外围器件和控制器逐渐集成到单颗芯片中,SD卡控制器也不例外。基于各种总线的IP模块,被科技人员大量开发;本论文中的控制器基于ARM体系结构中的AMBA-APB2.0总线形式扩展,介绍SD-Card控制器的设计。
SD Card is widely used because of its compactness and high integrated and data store capability. The components and the controllers, as well as SD card, are gradually integrated in the single chip as the improvement of IC design and process technology. All kinds of IP modules based on bus protocol are designed. The design of SD card controller in this paper is based on the AMBA - APB2.0 protocol in the ARM system architecture.
