摘要
设备点检是指全过程对设备状态进行动态监控、维护、保障的技术手段。传统的设备点检系统多是采用人工采集收集数据,离线处理数据的方式。提出了一种基于FPGA和ZigBee的无线设备点检系统,利用ZigBee协议搭建局域无线传感器网络,将数据通过无线网络传输到以FPGA为核心的控制处理板卡。为了保证系统的扩展性和开放性,系统采用了FMC接口来接入数据采集模块。本系统为大型企业的点检体系提出了一种自动化、高效、可靠、扩展性强的解决方案。
Device dot examination is a technical method for detecting and maintaining the states of devices. The traditional device dot examination system relies on manual data acquisition and collection. This paper proposes the wireless device dot examination system based on FPGA and ZigBee, which utilizes ZigBee protocol to construct the wireless local area network, and transfers the data to the control and process card based on FPGA by wireless network. The system adopts FMC interface to carry data acquisition modules for enhancing the expansibility. It supplies an automatic, high - efficiency, reliable and expansibility solution for the device dot examination demand of enterprises.
