基于STM32的同步碎石封层车控制系统设计

摘要 为了提高同步碎石封层车的工作性能,设计了基于STM32的单片机作为主控制器和沥青洒布量模块控制器,对整个控制系统进行了硬件、软件设计。为提高整个系统的可靠性,采用分布式控制设计方案,对于沥青洒布量控制采用独立的控制模块,通过CAN总线与主控制器通信,这样减小各模块之间的干扰,满足了同步碎石封层车复杂的工业现场环境。 In order to improve the work performance of synchronous chipsealer, main controller and asphalt spray volume controller based on STM32 microcontroller unit are designed and the whole system hardware and software are designed as well. DCS is designed to improve the reliability of the system. The asphalt spray ,volume control system, adopting independent control module, communicates with main controller through CAN BUS to reduce the interference between each modules, and complies with requirement of the complicated industrial environment of synchronous chipsealer.
