In order to proactively adapt ourselves to the world military education development, it is essential for us to reinforce the construction of military talents and to research and solve the problems from the perspective of the integration of military and civilian education. In recent years, a lot of instructive studies came up, focusing on the establishment and development, influential factors, system construction and cultivation modes of the integration of military and civilian education. What we research is of great theoretical value and practical significance for constructing and perfecting the military talents fostering system with military - civilian education integration and improving the talent - fostering quality.
