摘要
对建立导师学术休假的必要性以及我国导师学术休假的现状进行了分析,重点介绍了构建导师学术休假制度的实施策略,总结了为建立具有中国大学特色的学术休假制度而需逐步营造的导师学术休假的政策环境。
On the basis of necessity in establishing tutor sabbatical and analysis on the current situation of China＇ s tutor sabbatical, this paper focuses on the implementation strategies in establishing tutor sabbatical in China. And then relative policy environment for establishing tutor sabbatical with Chinese characteristics is summarized.
