摘要
影响研究性教学实施效果的诸多因素中,教师队伍是根本性因素。本文针对军校实施研究性教学教员所应具备素质和目前教员队伍人员所欠缺素质状况展开研究,调查问卷统计结果分析显示:实施研究性教学教师最应具备的和目前最欠缺的10项素质呈现显著相关,师生交流与互动、多种教学方法和因材施教、引导思考与反思能力,和教育理念被认为是教员最应具备同时又是目前最欠缺的4项素质,说明上课教员整体综合素质亟待提高。
This paper investigates the state quo of the teachers' diathesis in implementing research - based teaching at military university. The statistic analysis of the questionnaire shows that it is remarkably correlative between the 10 diatheses that teachers should possess and the IO diatheses that teachers are wanting in implementing research - based teaching. Intercourse between teachers and students, versatility in teaching methods, capability of guiding thinking and thinking inversely, and education ideas are the diatbeses that the teachers should possess and lack at current, which are the diatheses teachers urgently need to imr^rnve.
