摘要
介绍了基于组态王的智能仪表温度控制系统组成和控制算法,叙述了组态王监控界面设计以及组态王与智能仪表的通讯。该系统可实现数据采集、动态数据显示和现场设备的实时监控、调试和运行。实践表明,该系统工艺流程显示直观,人机界面友好,易于操作,运行稳定,维护成本低,对于相关的工程应用具有一定的价值。
This paper introduces the composition of intelligent temperature instrument control system and the control algorithm based on KingView; describes the KingView interface design and the communication between KingView and intelligent instrument. The system can realize the functions of data acquisition, dynamic data display and real - time monitoring, debugging and running. The practice shows that the process of system is with the features of visual display, friendly man - machine interface, easy operation, stable operation, low maintenance cost, so it has the certain value for engineering application related.
