摘要
采用MPEG-4图像编码标准,使用TCP/IP网络协议,组建了一个道路视频监控系统。从硬件的选取到管理端软件的设置,该系统都体现了其先进性。该系统可以及时发现异常突发事件,及时采取措施,减少对道路交通的影响。
This paper forms a road video surveillance system by using MPEG -4 image coding standard and TCP/IP network proto- col. The system shows its advancement no matter in the selection of hardware or the setting of management software. The system can find out abnormal events and take measures in time so as to reduce the impact to road traffic.
