Performance Analysis and Optimization of Single Radio Voice Call Continuity

摘要 SRVCC(Single Radio Voice Call Continuity)是LTE(Long Term Evolution)与GERAN/UTRAN(GSM EDGE Radio Access Network/UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network)网络之间的话音切换的长期解决方案,首先对该方案中切换时延过长问题进行了研究,然后提出了一种改善时延的优化方案,减少了SRVCC切换过程中整个业务的中断时间。 Single Radio Voice Call Continuity (SRVCC) is deemed to be the long -term solution for LTE and GERAN/UTRAN voice handover. Firstly the article studies the problem about the excessive handover delay of SRVCC. Finally, it designs a scheme to improve the delay performance that can reduce the overall service interruption time.
