摘要
首先介绍了LTE到GGE的CCO过程相关模块结构图,然后详细研究了LTE到GGE的CCO过程,并重点设计了LTE到GGE的CCO成功流程和失败流程。该设计方法省去了测量环节,它所需要的时间要比重选所需要的时间要短,进而达到网络优化的目的。
The article firstly introduces the corrolativ.e module structural diagrams of CC0 process taht from LTE to GGE. Then the procedure from LTE to GGE is researched in details, at the same time the successful flow and failure flow of CCO procedure from LTE to GGE are designed importantly. This design method leaves out the measurement process, which needs less time than cell reselection, as a result, the goal of Network optimization is achieved.
