摘要
本文针对某钢厂原料分厂的管状带式输送机在生产过程中出现的故障进行分析,从而找出故障发生的主要原因,并制定相应的对策,可大幅减少设备故障率,同时可减轻检修人员的劳动强度、降低维修成本和缩短局车停时,确保物流顺畅。
This article analyzes the tubular belt conveyor fault occurred in the production in a steel plant raw material factory, tries to find out the main reason for the failure, and formulate the corresponding countermeasures. The equipment failure rate can be significantly reduced, at the same time the labor in- tensity of maintenance personnel and maintenance cost can be reduced, and the shutdown time is short- ened, smooth material transferring is ensured.
