摘要
本文分析了方锭斜靠放置时的流场,并提出改进烧嘴的布置使炉内形成旋转气流的方案,分析了改进方案的优缺点及应注意的地方。计算结果表明:影响均热炉内气体流动方式的主要因素是烧嘴和烟道的布置,而钢锭的锭型和布置方式对总体流场影响不大。
In this paper, the pattern of velocity field of a soaking pit with four corner burners and square ingote lying against the furnace wall has been analysed and an improvement scheme by changing arrangement of the burners to give a swirling flow field has been worked out. The advantages and disadvantages of the new scheme and some key-points for this scheme to be used industrially have been pointed out. The calculation shows that the main factors affecting the flow pattern in the soaking pit are the layout of the burner's and flues. The profile and arrangement of ingots in the pit have no dominating influence on the pattern of velocity field.
